Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, has been successful in practising entrepreneurial and start up incubator activities at student and faculty level for more than a decade. This is evident through the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovations Achievements (ARIIA) -2020 ranking list, where Sathyabama bagged the 5th position in the whole country, under the private universities division.
Sathyabama Institute Innovation and Start Up policy for students and faculty, intends to strengthen the innovation and start up eco system in the campus, enhance institute partnership with eco system enablers, mentor and nurture the innovative ideas of students and faculty, provide networking for funding and transform them to successful start up entrepreneurs.
